Modules & tools
Every check, on its own or all at once.
A regular analysis runs the full sweep for an identifier automatically. Tools are where you go to run a specific kind of check by itself.
Pick your depth
Three ways to run the same registry.
The full sweep
Run a regular analysis and every module that applies to the identifier runs together.
A single tool
Pick an identifier type from Tools and Parallax opens locked to it.
By category
See how the registry breaks down by category on the Sources page.
What a module is
Each individual check Augis can run, one specific site or one specific data source, is a module. A username analysis runs hundreds of them at once and shows where that username turned up. Tools are the entry points: one per identifier type, each backed by its own set of modules.
Categories
Social & community
Mainstream social networks, forums and community platforms where a username might be registered.
Gaming
Gaming platforms and services, Steam, Discord and similar, checked by username or handle.
Professional & developer
Code hosting, professional networks and developer-facing platforms.
Breach & leak sources
The aggregated breach index, checked against whichever identifier you analyzed.
Network & infrastructure
IP geolocation and reputation, domain WHOIS and DNS records.
Financial & identifiers
IBAN validation, crypto address lookups and company registry checks.
Choosing a tool
Open Tools in your dashboard and pick one. Augis takes you to Parallax with that identifier type already selected, so the analysis reads your input the way you meant it. A tool run costs the same as any analysis, one credit.
The registry keeps growing
New modules are added as new sources become worth checking. The full username sweep always covers whatever is currently registered, so new sources simply show up in your next analysis.
Questions
Does running a single tool cost less?
No. An analysis is one credit, whether it is the full sweep or a specific tool.
Where do I see the list?
Tools in the dashboard lists every tool. Sources & coverage on this site shows what stands behind them.
Do new sources need setup?
No. They show up automatically in future analyses.
